Log data of the website and data processed during the report creation (PDF report, link, language, notes and comments) will be processed for 1 month, but you can also delete the report immediately under “Delete Report”.

E-mail addresses, time and date of evidence creation are processed in the context of contract fulfillment and then deleted after the expiry of the retention obligation under tax law (7 years).

You have the right to information from NetzBeweis GmbH about your personal data, as well as the right to correction or deletion or to restriction of processing or a right to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability.
